How do I make a booking?

BOOK THE FLIGHT TICKETS
We are happy to help you find the cheapest flight tickets to La Palma. The flight you book by yourself.

STEP 3:
HOLIDAY BOOKED
As soon as the flight tickets have been booked, we make the booking confirmation. The holiday is booked.

STEP 4:
DEPOSIT
We’ll let you know when the deposit has been received. The remaining amount is paid on La Palma. The countdown can begin.

STEP 5:
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Ten days before arrival you will receive all information about your arrival on La Palma and extra tips to get the best out of your holiday.

Intermediador turistica
Viajes Corazon s.l. with number I-0003190.1 acts exclusively as an intermediary between the client and service provider. Payment for the mediation between the client and the service provider will be made in the week following the making of the agreement/booking confirmation to Viajes Corazon s.l. Payment to the service provider will be made on arrival at La Palma or by bank transfer prior to arrival.

Booking agreement

The customer receives a booking agreement in which the customer enters into an agreement with the service provider. The relevant conditions may vary from one service provider to another and are laid down in the relevant service conditions.

No package holidays are offered. However, in a booking confirmation, as in the case of the round trip, several agreements can be made for which the client enters into a separate agreement for each service to be provided by third parties, with conditions corresponding to each service.

Viajes Corazon s.l. is responsible for providing accurate information and recording the reservation between the clients and the provider. Viajes Corazon s.l. cannot be held responsible for the performance of the services recorded by third parties. The provision of these administrative services is subject to Viajes Corazon s.l.’s own terms and conditions of booking.

When a reservation is made by Viajes Corazon s.l., the client enters into a (binding) contract with the lessor or service provider. The booking is valid from the moment of the client’s agreement, to which the booking conditions will apply.

The service provider’s terms and conditions apply to the agreement between the client and the service provider. The terms and conditions of the reserved services may differ per service and are enclosed and therefore part of the service agreement.

Complaints about the reserved services must be reported as soon as possible to the responsible accommodation owner, car hire company or excursion organiser. If complaints are not satisfactorily resolved, Viajes Corazon s.l. may, if desired, act as a mediator to try to reach a satisfactory solution.

Payment
The amounts to be paid to the accommodation provider and/or car hire company on arrival at La Palma are specified in the booking contract. The payment of the reserved accommodation is made on La Palma on the day of arrival and is made without the intervention of Viajes Corazon s.l. to the service provider/rental company.

Viajes Corazon s.l. will charge a fee for its services as an intermediary, which will be communicated to the customer in advance.

The payment of the accommodation and car rental fees is made upon arrival on La Palma to the accommodation owners and the car rental company. The payment of the administration fee, the hiking map, the car map and the mediation fee will be made to Viajes Corazon s.l. before the start of the tour.

Tour
Viajes Corazon s.l. is a tour operator who acts as an intermediary for several accommodations for a period of one or more days. It is not a package holiday, as Viajes Corazon’s role is limited to acting as an intermediary between the client and the individual accommodation providers.

The client enters into an agreement with the accommodation provider for each accommodation booked by Viajes Corazon. The terms and conditions of the accommodation are stated in the booking confirmation for each accommodation booked. Payment for booked accommodation is made upon arrival at the accommodation without the intervention of Viajes Corazon s.l..

The client pays Viajes Corazon s.l. for the mediation provided. Viajes Corazon s.l. is responsible for the correct recording of the booking and the correct transmission of data and information between the client and the service provider.

Complaints
Viajes Corazon s.l. cannot be held responsible for the accommodation booked. Complaints about reserved services should be made as soon as possible to the responsible accommodation owner, car rental company or excursion organiser. If complaints are not satisfactorily resolved, Viajes Corazon s.l. may act as a mediator to try to reach a satisfactory solution.

Modification of Booking
Viajes Corazon s.l. may charge up to 60 euros in amendment fees for changes to the booking confirmation. The client is responsible for providing the information necessary to effect and carry out a correct booking.

Flying to La Palma
Viajes Corazon s.l. websites provide a complete overview of all available flights and fares to La Palma. Viajes Corazon s.l. cannot be held responsible for this information and the performance of the services offered by the airlines mentioned.

Viajes Corazon s.l. cannot be held responsible for any incorrect booking of tickets by the customer, for example to Las Palmas.

Viajes Corazon s.l. does not mediate in the booking of flight tickets.

Cancellation
We recommend travel and cancellation insurance.

If an agreement is cancelled, the traveller will be liable to pay the following cancellation fees in addition to the booking fee:

a. for cancellation up to the 42nd day (exclusive) before the day of departure: the down payment.
b. Cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) until the 28th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 35% of the travel sum.
c. Cancellation as of the 28th day (inclusive) until the 21st day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 40% of the travel sum;
d. Cancellation as of the 21st day (inclusive) until the 14th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 50% of the travel sum;
e. Cancellation as of the 14th day (inclusive) until the 5th day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 75% of the travel sum;
f. Cancellation from the 5th day (inclusive) to the day of departure: 90% of the travel sum:
90% of the travel sum;
g. Cancellation on the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.
Supplementary cancellation conditions in times of corona.
When the booking has to be cancelled because there are no flights to La Palma due to the corona virus, we will waive the remaining rental fee for the accommodation and possibly the car, in addition to the amount of the deposit. The booking will be cancelled and it is not possible to rebook for another date.

Cancellation by Viajes Corazon s.l.
In cases of force majeure such as fire or storm damage, or any other unavoidable reason why the provider of the service is unable to fulfil its obligations, which prevents the use of the accommodation specified in the booking confirmation, Viajes Corazon s.l. will offer an alternative and communicate this to the client. If a more expensive alternative is chosen, the additional costs will be borne by the client. If the client does not accept the alternative offered, Viajes Corazon s.l. will refund the booking fee to the client’s account and the booking will be considered cancelled.
