Complaint Handling

We strive to ensure that the entire process of booking a vacation home, car, or tour runs as smoothly as possible. However, if despite our efforts something goes wrong, we follow the following complaints procedure in Spain.

Please report your complaint as soon as possible, and in any case during your stay. This way, we have the opportunity to resolve the complaint adequately.

If we are unable to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you have the option to file a complaint with the Gobierno de Canarias.
